It's a nice guitar. I'm confused as to why the body is not made form a good tone wood. Paul has been telling us the it's the wood and not the pick ups this guitar is telling us the opposite. Just like the SE Silver Sky did.

Can this tremolo system handle dive bombs?

I got Tremonty SE for 1000. Front side from 4 pieces laminate wood and different colors. Very heavy. Have tune every few songs and sound very dull compare to my telecaster for 100. May be for 5000 will be better but I will never look to PRS again.

Such snakeoil. once you fret the guitar the nut is largely out of the equation. obviously low quality plastic nuts aren't the best, but saddles and bridge materials are much more important. Even more so than tone woods. The nut has much more application toward action, playability, and tuning stability...most importantly, nuts have to be cut well, rather than a magical material. PRs makes unbelievable guitars, I have and tour with several, have built several by hand from soup to nuts, so such a miss for Paul to gaslight like this. when ever this video pops up it makes me laugh.

2 questions, so I’ve a prs se custom 24 and planning to buy the prs complete guitar care kit, so is the thing oil same as the conditioner you used?? And can i use the prs cleaner on the guitar body?? Thanks

They really don't sound just like a single coil the comparison against even a SE silver sky you can tell it's different. Let alone a set of stacked single coils by Seymour Duncan or even lace sensor which sounds closer than this

This seems to be a great workhorse guitar, smooth shinny cleans but still that bit of humf for them dirty tones (as seen in some other videos), def one that i'll be considering in the near future.

I would have liked to hear them through the same cab/mic. I wonder how much of the MT15 sounding that much smaller is due to the cab/mic?

Just got a PRS McCarty 594, and my favorite position is Neck (Single Coil) + Bridge (Humbucker) - see 2:33 . For my ear, it's just the right balance for either rhythm or lead (turn down the Single Coil blend to like 3-5 for lead). This thing has sustain for days, btw. I own other PRS', but this is easily the most resonant.

I'm curious if there's any commentary as regards why there is no FX loop in this amp? I understand the amp has built in tremolo and reverb. May be a stupid question but was just curious.
